Using modern computer aided design software linked to sophisticated manufacturing equipment means that all stages of the design process are co-ordinated and managed together. This reduces time and cost whilst providing a flexible service to customers.

DLS staff have a wide experience in all forms of plastic processing, product design and manufacturing techniques. This means that all aspects of the product can be developed to ensure a product that will be fit for purpose and which can be manufactured efficiently.

DLS has developed a large number of bespoke products available to all customers. We are always keen to explore how we might develop our own products thereby removing the cost of development altogether.
